Locations: Each Shop (excludes HSV)
The Barista + performs typical Barista duties but also supports the Regional Manager. Each location will have one of these roles.
About you:
We seek someone outgoing, vibrant, eager, and willing to make great drinks and baked goods but also support the Regional Manager as needed. You are also looking for a long term employer, and building a relationship that will grow and expand.
About the role:
In addition to cleaning duties, opening or closing responsibilities, you will also provide support directly to the Regional Manager for your store as needed. This support may include discussing customer issues, local dairy and supply runs, ensuring the cleanliness of the shop, taking on additional shifts if staff coverage issues arise, and ensuring baked goods remain fresh and stocked.
Hours: We are seeking all days (including weekends) for both AM and PM shifts. Morning shift is typically 6AM-12PM, and afternoon is 12PM-6:30PM.

Otherwise, we are looking for people with experience in:
Customer service
Food serving/handling
Order taking/accuracy
Cash handling
We are also looking for:
Flexibility and availability (we love hearing “I can work whenever!)

Gather Coffee provides a competitive pay package that includes cash and credit card tips, a base pay rate, a monthly cash bonus (unique to this position) and an optional 401(k) program with a 3.5% match. We also allow flexibility in scheduling.
