Our recent foray into the darkest corners of our roasting comfort zone. This darker roast from Guatemala features notes of raisin, lemon zest, and milk chocolate. It is still light enough to retain hints of the essence of this coffee, yet dark enough to remind you of why you like it darker.
Elevation: 12500-4000 FASL
Process: Fully washed
Acidity: Low
Roast: Dark
